A fun beginner’s class to learn some serious skills! Get together with your kids, friends, or treat yourself to a private masterclass to perfect your technique. Private lessons or groups up to 8 is available. Classes are tailored to individual learning styles. All ages are welcome.

We prefer that our customers book at least 4 days for a signature cake and at least 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance for custom cakes. Next-day and same-day signature cakes are available with a rush fee of $20-25.
Yes, we do! You can submit an email to info@theevercake.com and we can plan a unique and beautiful creation for your special day together! Please note, as a small operation, we do not offer any cake tastings or in-person consultations.
We offer delivery for $25 within Manhattan. For Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and NJ deliveries, please email us at info@theEvercake.com for a specific quote. These deliveries to these boroughs start at $45. To fulfill deliveries, we use our own in-house driver. Our cake damage rate is under 2%.
We do not offer pick-up as we do not have a customer-facing storefront. We are a commercial working kitchen only.
We have 2 hour windows starting from 8:30-10a, 10-Noon, 12-2p, 2-4p and 4-6p.
We request the recipient’s best phone number in case we need to reach them during delivery.
Can we do a meet-up you ask? Sure, just be prepared to wait the full 2 hours at the designated spot.
For surprise deliveries where the recipient may not be home, re-deliveries are subject to another delivery fee.
Yes! Just send an email and any reference photos to info@theevercake.comand we will get back to you to discuss the design. You can also check out our Instagram for images of past custom cakes (@theEvercake).
Our silky frosting is a lovely Swiss meringue buttercream frosting made of sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. We do also offer a traditional American buttercream for certain cakes. Our light whipped cream frosting for our strawberry chiffon cakes is delicious and the least sweet. It's great for smash cakes!
We NEVER show a receipt or any pricing on any order ever.
We ship French macarons and cake jars nationwide. These items are not on our main menu online, but can be requested via email.
All orders that are placed AND canceled within 24 hours will receive a full 100% refund. Any orders past this 24 hour timeframe will be charged 50% of the total.
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our baked goods, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once a cake has been received by the designated party. Refunds requested due to variant decorating style interpretations, color shade or general design will not be honored. Refunds requested due to flavor or sweetness level is also subjective and will also not be honored. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality and design of the cake is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of The Evercake.
We can modify cake designs within reason and if our Production schedule allots. We are not able to make last minute substitutions or design modifications if it lands 1-3 days prior to the delivery of the cake order.
