Our Story
Our founderʼs earliest memories were formed in her motherʼs donut shop in sunny California- whipping up fresh cream, piping éclairs, filling jelly donuts, or rolling out croissants. Being in the kitchen didnʼt feel like work, it felt like home.
After a decade immersed in New Yorkʼs food world, she founded The Evercake as a creative outlet for merging art with flavor. Covid provided the time needed to hone in that early passion.
The Evercake is a buttercream-based (delivery only) cake boutique. Our recipes are tried and true, with lower-sugar profiles and design-forward creations to elevate your occasions, both intimate and grand.
Most days, you will find Rosalin chasing after her two boys or happily devouring more baked goods in the Upper East Side.
